Food complaints may happen due to various issues.
Cold Food delivered.
If the Takeaway is far from your delivery address, there are cases where the order might be delivered late and food will be cold due to delay.
Food was not cooked well or overcooked.
The order which is not cooked properly or if the meat is overcooked and if you find the ingredients is raw in the item, this is will be considered as food complaint.
Found something strange in the food.
There are cases where you might find some unwanted items in food like Hair, Stapler, Metal pieces, plastic, etc., Sometimes you might receive a Mould bread or a naan.
The order which was placed and received will be different, For instance: If you place an order for Vegetarian pizza and you receive Donner Pizza or if you have received someone else's order instead of your order.
Wrong ingredients, Add-on (or) toppings:
While preparing the order Takeaway will use all the basic or necessary ingredients, if you find anything wrong or if it tastes different, or if you have not received the requested toppings or Add-on, we request you to double-check your order. Not happy about the Quantity:
While receiving the order if you feel that the quantity of food is not enough or if the order was placed for a large-item and received a small item For eg: Small fries or meal instead of large. Doesn't Taste good:
Any Takeaway or the restaurant's goal is to achieve customer satisfaction if you have placed an order at your regular Takeaway and you feel that it was not as per their usual standard, please contact the Takeaway directly.
