When you make an online order sometimes you might be charged twice for the same order. If you check with the Takeaway they might also confirm receiving your order once. This scenario occurs when the payment is stuck between the systems. This can happen due to internet connectivity issues or server latency problems. When you check your bank statement it will show as pending.
The duplicate payment will be automatically credited back to your account within 3-5 business days.
Please login to your account and check the Order History if two orders are reflecting on your account. If it shows one order, the duplicate payment will be automatically credited back. If there are two orders, please contact the Takeaway immediately to cancel the duplicate order and receive your refund.
