If you have received a Foodhub Paper Voucher from a takeaway with a unique code on it, it is applicable only on the Foodhub website and just for that takeaway. It is for one-time use only. There could be a couple of reasons why the code is not working for you
- If you are using it with the wrong takeaway
- If it has been used before
- If you have entered the code wrong (check for spaces)
- If you are trying to use it after the expiry date
- If you haven't met the minimum order value
- If the takeaway has decided to stop offering the discounts
If you have trouble using the code please send us a Live Chat message between 11:30 - 23:00 hours or send us an email to email@example.com before you place the order so we can check with the takeaway and if there is an error, we can try getting you another code from them (this is at the discretion of the takeaway).
