Foodhub Wallet is a captive wallet service. The main purpose of introducing this e-wallet is to make the refund process quicker and easier for all. You can utilize the credit in your Foodhub Wallet to place an order. When an order is cancelled by the takeaway, you will have the option to choose if you want the refund credited to your Foodhub Wallet or your bank account. The Foodhub wallet will be an instant credit and the refund to your bank account will take 3-5 working days. Soon we will have more options (like wallet top-up, transfer of funds from the wallet back to the card, etc) to this when we release the next update.
Foodhub Wallet on Website -You can find the Foodhub Wallet option by clicking on the drop-down next to your name on the top right corner of the website.
Foodhub Wallet on the Mobile APP - You can find the Foodhub Wallet option by clicking on three horizontal bars on the top left of the app.
To select Foodhub wallet payment method, select it on the Cart under the Payment Options
