Most of our customers are facing an issue with the Order status. If you are looking for the order status, there are few ways to find the status.
1) Call the Takeaway and provide the required details to get the status.
2) You can find the order status on the website or on the app. Once the order is placed you will get the order tracker, it will show the progress of your order.
Delivery timings may differ as per the takeaway's decision and it may also vary as per the postcode. It is recommended to call the Takeaway or contact the live chat service on the website once the estimated delivery time exceeds. Sometimes the takeaway might send you a text message about the order delay.
If you have placed a Pre-order or mentioned any specific time for delivery, it will be delivered as per the requested time. Sometimes the takeaway may take extra time due to some issues in the Takeaway or with the drivers or issues beyond the control of the takeaway like traffic or vehicle issues or climatic conditions, in these instances the customer maybe be notified via call or text message.
Order Placed - Order was placed and waiting for acceptance.
Order Accepted- Order is accepted and they are about to cook the food.
Cooking- Order accepted and they are in the process of preparing the same.
On the Way- Order left out for the delivery from the restaurant, this will be reaching shortly.
Delivered/Collected: Order has been handed over
