Most of our customers are facing an issue with the Order status. If you are looking for the order status, there are few ways to find the status.
1) Call the Takeaway and provide the required details to get the status.
2) You can find the order status on the website or on the app, where you placed an order. Once the order is placed you will get the order tracker, it will show the progress of your order.
Delivery timings may differ as per the takeaway's decision and it may also vary as per the postcode. Its recommended to call the Takeaway or contact them via live chat once the Estimated delivery time is exceeded. As per the above message it clearly explains the stages of your order processed. Some takeaway will have direct contact with their customers, you might receive a text message about the order delay.
In case, if you have placed a Pre-order and mentioned any specific time for delivery, it will be delivered as per the requested time. Sometimes Takeaway may take extra time due to some issues in the Takeaway or with the drivers. And the most known issue in the order delay is after the order sent out from the Takeaway it takes more than the expected time, on such cases, there might delay due to traffic or vehicle issues or climatic conditions, this instance will be notified to their customers via call or text messages.
Order Placed - Order was placed and waiting for acceptance.
Order Accepted- Order is accepted and they are above to cook the food.
Cooking- Order accepted and they are in the process of preparing the same.
On the Way- Order left out for the delivery from the restaurant, this will be reaching shortly.
Delivery: Order is served and they are ready to eat.
